Clean and perfect apartment on a great location. We stayed at the apartment for a ski holiday, and it could not be better. The apartment is very clean with everything needed for an absolute great experience. I would recommend the location for everyone looking for a place to stay in Neukirchen. We will be back

Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage: direkt am Lift und gleich neben einem Supermarkt – perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und insgesamt wirklich empfehlenswert.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist allerdings, dass für einen Kinderhochstuhl, der z. B. bei IKEA rund 15 € kostet, für nur eine Woche ebenfalls 15 € extra verlangt werden. Das fanden wir etwas schade.

⸻The apartment has a great location with a beautiful view, and the balcony is spacious and very pleasant.Inside, the apartment is smaller than expected, which might feel limiting for a longer stay.During our 20-day stay, we noticed that the cleaning supplies were quite limited. For example, only one or two small soaps were provided, which did not seem sufficient considering the length of our booking and the price.In addition, communication with the contact person could have been better, as the interaction sometimes felt unhelpful when we asked questions

كل شي ممتاز الموقع والشقه ما عدى الغسيل مشترك ولايوحد سوى غسالة واحده ممايجل الامر مربك حيث كل النزلاء يمضون وقت طويل في الانتظار وكذلك خروج روائح كريهة من احدى الحمامات مما سبب لنا الازعاج ولم يستطيع المضيف من حلها

The apartment was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything a traveler might need.The location is great, and the peaceful atmosphere added a lot of comfort to our stay.The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests — truly outstanding hospitality.I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again on my next visit.

Pros: Nice view, Spacious, near cable car. Supermarkets nearby. Sommercard. Cons: In all my Airbnb Experienced, welcome packages are usually Coffee, Tea, sugar, snacks, chocolates, and the likes, some also provides Cooking Oil, salt & spices, detergents, plus the basic : kitchen tissue, facial tissues, toilet paper, garbage bags, you get it.. Here they only provide a few basic requirement disguised as "welcome package"1 dishwashing liquid, tea towel, Only ONE garbage bag & TWO toilet paper, regardless of the number of days and the number of people staying. Considering the price of this accomodation, to count every cents over providing quality experienced doesn't only cheapens the experienced but makes the place feel low quality as well. Purchasing small things are not a big deal, but when you stay in a supposed high end apartment you expect better quality & better service for convenience & comfort & to enhance your experience. This is clearly a let down.

The view from the balcony is overwhelming
☺ It is a spacious and modern apartment with a breathtaking view in the heart of the Alps.
The host is friendly and very helpful. I like the idea of the complimentary summer card which you can use to ride the next-door cable cars free of charge for the whole family.
There is also a convenient supermarket next doors and some nice shops. The car parking is free and spacious and it has direct access to the elevator. Recommended for families with elders or kids.
☹ No hand-held bidet in the bathrooms. No barbecue facilities on site. The beds and pillows were not comfortable.
